Flexible working hours and continuous development
We work flexibly. We aim to ensure a healthy work-life balance for our employees while keeping sites progressing every day.
We also offer continuous training, for example in welding, hydraulics and other specialist areas. This keeps our team at the forefront of the industry, maintains motivation and enables us to deliver top quality in every situation.
Short maintenance shutdowns of 1–14 days are delivered with the same team working day and night shifts.
Longer projects follow a proven rotation of seven days on and seven days off.
Staggered shift handovers ensure seamless transfer of information between employees.
New employees are inducted and trained according to industry needs. We also place strong emphasis on continuous professional development.
Our appreciation for a high level of expertise is evident in the continuous training of our staff. The latest training courses for our employees have included:
– Maintenance and installation of Sulzer centrifugal pumps – Installation and maintenance of SKF bearings – KLINGER Finland certified flange joint training in accordance with SFS-EN 1591-4 – Toholampi WIND GWO BST wind power training
We train new fitters for welding and maintenance work on the job, under supervision.
